While
attorney Chris McRae’s office building was under construction
in Regional Center, there were walk-throughs to do and punch lists
to make to assure the place was a good fit for their construction-related
law firm. Then the move-in came last May and the fast pace of their
practice continued. But every once in awhile, McRae says, he’ll
pause a moment to take in the well landscaped business park entrance,
the firm’s expansive parking lot and really classy 4,500 sq.
ft. building and say, “We really made a good decision.”
McRae and partner David Metcalf already had conveniently located offices on Mahan Drive, but the firm was growing and they needed space for more attorneys. They searched for nearly two years before learning about Parrish Group’s Regional Center. Recognizing the potential of being at the front door of the future Welaunee Plantation, they took the deal with Parrish.
Since the firm represents some of the largest construction companies in the country, McRae says the building’s high profile and class image is a plus. Their satisfaction was boosted by the fact that Parrish Group did everything they could to help the firm move in earlier than originally scheduled. And they’ve been quick to address any issues or questions as they arise.
“It took a little bit of vision to understand what the park was going to look like in the beginning,” McRae admits. “It’s great to see it all coming together.”
